We enjoyed our stay at the Attalos very much. Two couples had balcony rooms on the back. The third couple had an interior room. The rooms were quiet for a city hotel, clean and quite comfortable. The location is within convenient walking distance to the major Athens sights, and the rooftop bar must have the best view in town. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff mostly pleasant. This was a very good experience.

Siutable for a couple of nights, close to everything you might need.Service was friendly. Rooms are small.We disliked the beds. Would recommend this hotel for those on a budget and only need a place to crash for the night

The Hotel Attalos in Athens really made our stay in Athens memorable - welcoming staff, excellent service, a wonderful situation near the historic centre, and cafÊ with terrace on the rooftop with beautiful panoramic view of the town and the sunsets. Very convenient too for the metro to the aiport, just adjacent to the hotel. Definitely to be recommended!

Lovely & very very clean! Great area. Very friendly staff. My partner and I stayed for two nights and would stay again! The roof-top bar was superb and breakfast was help your self which was great. For a budget hotel I was very very impressed. There was a t.v and air con. There was a shower over a bath and I had a balcony with table and chairs. Must be seen!!

I have stayed in this hotel and it was fantastic! The views from the roof bar/balcony is panoramic over the whole of Athens. You feel as if you can reach out and touch the Acropolis. The staff are all so helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I have heard it being quoted as being the budget hotel with the billion dollor view and they are not wrong!

Hotel Attalos was conveniently located and had all of the necessary amenities. The outside is drab but the inside is clean. Rooms come with a balcony and although on a very busy street, you can' t hear the noise when you close the doors. I loved the price and location of this hotel.

The Attalos Hotel was very centrally located and one of the best to be in the heart of Athens. The room was clean and adequate. I had heard that the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, but I did not find that to be so. I found them to be nice, but reserved and when I had a problem, it was not addressed immediately. My shower curtain was removed after my first night there (don't know why). I found this out when I came back in the evening from a day of sight seeing and wanted to take a shower. I told the front desk, but was told there was no way to solve the problem until the next morning at 7:30 when the maids come in. I left the next morning, so I have no idea if they would have taken care of it, but I feel there should have been some way to solve the problem that evening for me as a customer. I would probably stay there again, but I would also seriously look at other options before booking. Price and location would be my only motivation for staying there again.
